THE APARTMENT COMPLEX CONSISTS OF TWO BUILDINGS WITH ABOUT 48 UNITS, A POOL, AND JACUZZI. THE RESIDENTS ARE FRIENDLY; DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED BUT MANAGEMENT TURNS A BLIND EYE WHICH IS OK BECAUSE THE DOGS BARKING ARE THE ONLY SECURITY WE HAVE. THE PROPERTY COULD USE A SECURITY GATE OR SECURITY PATROL; THE APARTMENT IS OPEN TO THIEVES AND THE HOMELESS WHO HAVE USED THE POOL, JACUZZI AND LAUNDRY ROOM. I DON'T FEEL SAFE BECAUSE SIDEWALK LIGHTS ARE CONTINUOUSLY OUT AND THE APARTMENT HAS NO SECURITY ...
PATROL OR SECURITY GATES. I WISH MANAGEMENT CARED AS MUCH AS I DO. THIS PLACE COULD BE A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE.
