The property is well maintained, and I've had no issues getting things fixed in a timely manner-either same day or within a couple of days. Dryer vent came loose and was fixed same day; washer broke and got new one in two days (yes, there is laundry IN UNIT - cannot beat that!). Having dealt with unreasonable landlords in the past, I think the owners here are pleasant, approachable and attentive.

The landlords (husband and wife team) at these apartments are very dishonest. He would never fix anything in a reasonable time but after moveout you are hit with a bill claiming that you owe for painting, supplies, cleaning, carpet cleaning, and anything else he wants to add on. However, you are not notified of any of this at the time of move out so that you can actually fix whatever it is that they are are claiming. They only want your money. Plus, when we moved in here there was what looked ...

lime black mold in the bathroom and he said he would fix it but after moving in we realized that he only painted on top of it! There are many instances like that over the course of living there. The other reviews are accurate..stay away from this place!
