Worst place to live
February 20, 2026I lived in Apartment 218, and I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice. These apartments are extremely old and poorly maintained. There was mold present, and in the master bedroom, the AC unit was installed in the ceiling above the bathroom. My apartment flooded twice because of that. The first time, instead of properly fixing the issue, they simply tried to dry it out. As a result of that poor handling, my electricity bill doubled, and I had to pay the extra cost because ...of the complex’s failure to properly repair the problem. The countertops were old and had been painted over with low-quality paint instead of being properly replaced. The bathroom fixtures were extremely outdated and rusted — including the toilet paper holder, which fell off, and the closet handle, which was also old and worn. I repeatedly reported these issues to maintenance, but nothing was ever properly fixed. Now that I’ve moved out and was expecting my security deposit back, they charged me for issues that were clearly due to age, wear, and poor maintenance — things that should have been their responsibility. On top of that, they never acknowledged or compensated me for the damage caused by the AC flooding or the increased electricity costs I had to cover because of their negligence. Safety was also a concern. Police were frequently present at the complex. There was a neighbor who was constantly visited by law enforcement, and on one occasion, police even forced entry into the unit. If you are looking for a safe environment for your children, this is not the place. Please do your research and think carefully before signing a lease here. New Management, New Environment, New Vibe!!!
July 26, 2023We've been residents of Cedar Park Townhomes for nearly 20 years and have seen numerous changes in management. The current management, lead by Office Manager Linda, staffed with office personnel Isaac, Latoya, & Shannon, Maintenance Manager Germon, and his workforce of Justin, Marcus, and Bryan (forgive me for any misspelling of names) are OUTSTANDING! Previous management have allowed garbage to pile up near the trash bins for days , substandard responses to maintenance requests/issues & the ...mediocre repairs, unruly children causing chaos and damage, irregular lawncare and property upkeep, improper parking of nonresidents' vehicles, and disregard of complaints/concerns of actual or possible criminal activities/behaviors. We've unfortunately experienced each one during our time here. When the new management arrived, correspondence regarding their objectives and the expectations of residents were explained. Residents were instructed to register their vehicles with the complex and visitor parking was addressed. The trash bin pickups were changed to twice a week, which has eliminated their overflow. Residents were held accountable for the actions/behavior of their children, guests, and themselves (I noticed that the "problem tenants" are no longer here). Maintenance requests have been handled "expeditiously" and satisfactorily. The office staff are very friendly, empathetic, and competent. The entire atmosphere of Cedar Park Townhomes is extremely pleasant and the vibe is amazingly positive. The sign "Welcome Home" at the entrance of the complex has definitely taken on a whole new meaning for us! We appreciate the care, communication, and energy of the new management staff. I would now refer others to live here in a heartbeat, without hesitation. December 1, 2022Lived at Cedar Park townhomes for 10 years. The rent is very reasonable considering the options but be advised that the maintenance is almost none existant and you do finally get someone to add6the problem it isn't done right.The management is also incompetent , so you get what you pay for.Review from Apartments.com
It's a place to live
July 29, 2015The apartment is ok but have some problems / dilemmas cops are in and out quite a bit, and wall are very thin you can hear what goes on in other people apartment and hear what they are talking about with out even trying and i really don't like that as far as the garage,it can be lifted up very easily, for a yr they took the pick nick table away for what reason i have no idea ,do know it was a spot for people to sit while outside and when people stop sitting /hanging outside they braught them ...back ,the doors isn't built to sturdy,from a angle you can actually see in the room, gym only have two machines and they're only for cadio, overall it's a place to stay but have quite a few problems.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
