***Update a Year later: Renewed my Lease! Still so very happy I was blessed to find this wonderful place to live in. Quiet & my neighbors are so considerate. My happiness being here has only increased!
The Townhomes are so spacious, love the high ceilings, spacious Kitchen, Living/Dining Room, Onsuite Bedrooms w walk in Closets & having a nice size garage is fantastic! Wonderful air conditioning & utilities with great water pressure. The pool was kept sparkling clean & is so enjoyable. I still ...
haven’t used the gym yet, but may in the future. Many residents walk for excercise & there are perfect little streets winding thru the complex to walk on.
Sherrie, our Manager couldn’t be better, along with Ashlyn, they care so much about our Community! Sergio & his Assistant Benjamin take amazing care of our Maintenance needs-what a caring staff of friendly, professional people! They work so hard & couldn’t be appreciated more. (No Im not related, nor know them for more than just a Tenant), just grateful to feel so taken care of.
This location to everything needed, is unparalleled. Easy access to every Business & Restaurant you can think of. All in all a private little community, having a home, without any of the work & upkeep required.
The other Residents are friendly, always smile & wave. Just a great Community to live in. So quiet & well kept.
I always feel so safe here & I know firsthand that all these good Reviews are honest, sincere & heartfelt. Residents live here longterm I’ve learned. I urge anyone to apply to these beautiful, spacious, light filled Townhomes, as I hope to stay a Lifelong Resident.

I've lived at Cedar Point Town Homes since 2008. I love it and the Management. Sherrie, our Apartment Manager is very reliable, responsible and concerned about the family/families that live there. There Maintenance crew is awesome, on point, reliable, professional, respectful and deliver service right on time. The grounds are well kepted and we have excellent Security. I have lived at Cedar Point for 3 years now and I don’t think I will ever leave! The office ladies, Sherrie and Ashlyn, are amazing and so helpful with any questions I have. My maintenance requests are completed quickly and Sergio and Benjamin do a great job. They are always sure to clean up after themselves and leave my apartment looking exactly how it was when I left! Also, my dog Sasha loves the dog park and walking the beautiful grounds- thanks to Lilia! She always makes sure our Community ...

Living in these Town Homes have been a wonderful experience! Property manager, Sherri, is kind and helpful. Her assistant, Ashlyn, is as well! If any issues arise Sergio and Benjamin are quick with their response to handle it! The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Our neighbors are pleasant and peaceful. We are blessed to live here and feel right at home after selling our home 20 miles from here.
We rate these Town Homes a 10 out of a 10!

If you want to live where schools are the best in the area, metro location is beneficial, and room to grow these town homes are for you. Families can decide on 2,3,and 4 bed spaces. Driving through the complex you will be amazed how well maintained each individual lawn is keep. Come see for yourself the luxury for a small fraction of the price.
