Horrible - Stay Away

My ex daughter-in-law & my grandchild moved here. She was charged a $900 deposit due to not having a credit history on renting. When she moved in the front door was so nasty that you didn't even want to touch it to knock. Then about 3 or 4 months into her renting the bathroom ceiling fell in. After several attempts to get management to do something they finally came & boarded it up - not fix it - boarded it up. After her lease was up she decided to move & they had the nerve to take money from ...

her deposit for cleaning - which she left the apartment clean! Why did she not get a discount for them never cleaning the NASTY front door? Why did they never fix her bathroom ceiling & then expect her to live like this. This place is HORRIBLE & so is the MANAGEMENT! All they want is your money. They will evict someone from the property & let them move right back in with another tenant in another unit. Ridiculous.

Thank you so much for your review. We value your feedback. As for the doors, we have a lot of pollen from the beautiful foliage around the property that sticks to the doors and with all the road work in the area its a bit worse. A simple bleach solution cleans it right off, which we do at each turn and tenants are responsible after that. As for the charges, we encourage all residents moving out to complete a walk through with a team member to give tenants the opportunity to address and discrepancies as well as provide detailed cleaning instructions. Therefore those charges ca be eliminated in most cases. I love the opportunity to address any issue with work orders as we contract out some work and if the tenant states the work is complete and there are no issues when we follow up, the order is closed and no further action is necessary. Communication is key for resident satisfaction. Thank you again for your feedback.
