It has been awesome staying here. Good neighborhood. Love the maintenance staff. Office staff responds and tries to help as much as possible. Overall I have way more good experiences than bad with the entire community

Things have gotten better since the last time I posted. I just have one complaint about my floor that’s been an issue since I’ve been here with a leak from the apartment next door. The leak has been fixed but now my floor is discolored. Other than that I don’t have any issues. The neighbors are nice and it’s usually pretty quiet.

Move-in process was easy. I have had no issues thus far. My apartment has been redone. The appliances are new. I have no idea what the other apartments look like. The community seems quiet.

Quite peaceful community haven't had opportunity to meet any neighbors yet due to the extreme cold weather every one stays in
I would like more security lights on the ends of buildings and less people hanging out around trashcans after dark

Roaches roaches roaches!! Nice fully renovated units though, full fledge! Washer and dryer in unit at least for me. Walls are all wood, why roaches will be very hard to get rid of. Took me over a year.

Great place to live but some tenants don't clean up after their pets. Poop that looks disgusting on the beautiful grass. Otherwise everything is fine. Also the light poles don't light up the area.
