NOT WORTH IT!!!
August 4, 2020They raised my rent up $140 dollars when i renewed my lease but i didnt get a notice til a week before i had to renew so it was too late to find something that fits my budget. TOOOO HIGH for LESS VALUE. ALSO PLUMING IS THE WORST. Tub always stopped up. Air Conditioning went out 4 times and Apartment upstairs from me air went was clogged up and made my apartment flood. Dont get me wrong they made them look nice but they didnt fix what was wrong in the first place. COST TOO MUCH FOR BASIC!!!!!Review from Apartments.com

Maintenance Terrible !!!!
November 29, 2019The maintenance here is very awful for the rent to be as high as it is. From moving in here in October we have experienced leaking ceilings awful water damage, drainage problems with tub along with our entire paint coming off the whole tub, HUMONGOUS GIANT COCKROACHES!!!!!!!! We have been to the office 5 times and the only thing they came to do was repaint tub. This is ridiculous I do not recommend living hereReview from Apartments.com

April 8, 2019I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT MY APARTMENT!!! The office staff is so nice and when you call a maintenance request in they get right on it. My neighbors are the best nobody bothers anyone in my building. The security guards make me and my family feel safe too. My lease is almost up and I want to renew!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Electrical Problems!
December 20, 2018I’ve been living here for about 6 months. No crime. Very well lit and quiet! However there are small deal breakers that are going to force us to move! Electrical problems. Outlets smoking and bad wiring. Using a blow dryer my daughters room outlet started smoking and the blow dryer wasn’t being used in that particular room... Called Memphis Fire Dept and our power was out for 2 days until the complex could send out an electrician. No electrician ever came. All they did was replace my daughters ...outlet as it was burned from the heat and smoke.. HAPPENED AGAIN. Blow drying hair in master bathroom and bedroom outlet started smoking from across the room. Thank God I had the bathroom door open or the apartment would’ve probably been in flames from not being able to hear and smell. Again, went to the office and expressed the major concern as it had happened twice. No electrician sent out as promised, only maintenance man that doesn’t speak much English to replace the burned outlet. AGAIN. As I’m typing it has happened a third time.. Bedroom outlet (DIFFERENT BLOW DRYER THIS TIME) and the outlet on the other side of the room let off a foul smell and smoking again. Smoke coming from the walls.. The issue has not been taken seriously at all. No follow up call or anything.. beware of the bad wiring in these units! I’m scared to plug anything with voltage up and at this point just want the issue fixed or be able to break our lease if it came down to it.
