Experience at Cedar West Apts
March 18, 2019Pros of living here are the overall quiet, the laundry facilities are well maintained, and the staff is nice. The down side is bedroom windows on the main floors face the parking lot so loud cars wake your slumber. Neighbors maintain a mostly peaceful environment. There's a pool, though closed half of last summer because lawn was sprayed with a chemical that was drug into the pool from the bottom of feet and mixed in the water making it green. Overall, the maintenance is exceedingly responsive! ...The office personal are nice and a beautiful courtyard for children to play. The only major downfall is the Recycling is not managed at all. Tenants throw spaghetti, leftover birthday cake, food scraps all over, never break down boxes, boxes are often left out in the rain, and currently there's a massive build up of furniture, wet boxes, and old plastic toys dominating the space. Overall, the recycling area is a dump. Sad this is not more of a priority of Spokane Housing Authority.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
