Licie the assistant property manager was very helpful to us. Everything was done fast and efficient was we needed it due to moving so soon. Very professional and pleasant to work with.
As far as the apartment, it’s nice , big closet’s space . You can’t hear your neighbor next to you. I like that.
If you need them to fix anything they do it quickly. We have only one issue that hasn’t been resolved yet but I hope this will get fix soon. I love that is gated so that makes you feel secured.

Trash, bugs, lack of response from management

There is trash all over the place. Residences leave it in the hallways for days at a time. The office staff does not follow up. They claim that they encourage “personal responsibility”. They do not clean the property. Bugs are a problem due to the trash. A few of the units are dealing with bug bugs. Never had a Maintenance request finished without asking the office 3x. Residences clean out their cars in the parking lot (regularly can find trash and dirty diapers). Office staff changes regularly. ...
They give less than 24 hours notice for regular maintenance . They will knock as they walk in to your apartment. They do not care about the people that live in the community. Everything is reactionary. You can never get a response from the supervisor. They turn and burn. I wish I never moved in.

I love this gated community! The staff is friendly and they treat you like family. I am always up to date on any maintance or community events going on at the apartment. Never had a problem with getting maintance work done in my apartment. Extremely professional!!! Highly recommend them!!!!

Excellent overall community, quiet and the apartments are well maintained inside and out, the grounds are always nice. Awesome staff everyone is very personable from the maintenance team to the office team. A great location right in front of Regent University. Great area shopping wise not too far from everything essential for the common family.

I currently live in Oxford Trace. This summer while at the pool a woman walked up and asked if there are cockroaches in the building I live in. I told her that I have never seen any bugs or rodents and she went on to say that in her building, they have German Cockroaches. She had just left the office to let them know they needed to hire an exterminator for her building. According to her management would not pay for it. I don't know how that situation ended.
The grounds are kept cleaned ...
and manicured. Sometimes the 1 dumpster gets out of hand and residents have to pile up their garbage on the ground, I don't think that is a nice experience for the people that live next to it. I think the rent may be to high for what it is. There is only washer/dryer hookups with an option to rent a washer and dryer. The water pressure is extremely low, so low the kitchen spray head does not even work, you have to hold it for 10 minutes before the water is built up enough to spray.
The apartments are overall nice. I wish they paid more attention to detail. A little overpriced. but ehhh.

Great community,
I stopped by to view a two bedroom. They have huge walk in closets also they are gated and close to great schools for my children.The layout of the mid size two bed room was perfect I will be coming back and leasing soon!
