Worse of its kind

This is an honest and unequivocal review. As a tenant, I obliged to provide a true and honest review to my fellow tenants and future outlook on this complex. There is nothing good about this facility. There are four complexes in this neighborhood that all of them are managed by Eagle Management. The property manager for all four ( in 3000 Howe, 304 how and two others in Edison ave) is the same rude, grumpy and very ugly guy that his name starts with Ev... His bad behavior, lack of proper ...
housekeeping and nonresponsiveness toward the tenant requests is his main character. The apartments are old and out of maintenance, if you ask them to come and repair something, either they ask you simply to leave or come after 3 months. I can swear to my graves that I am not joking. It happened to dozen tenants here that once they complained, they were handed a termination notice the next day. Just pay $50 more and be away from these 4 properties. Please!!!!!
