Great Place to Live
May 14, 2024Centre Oaks Apartments are a great place to live. We have great amenities. We have a great staff and maintenance department. I appreciate the fun things they provide us like bingo & great prizes, discount pizza days, beginning of the year drive breakfast, Rita’s frozen treats in the summer, Holiday candy or fun activities, etc. They don’t have to but choose to. They are always trying to help or solve the problem ( example - our hot water had to be off and I was in the middle of washing my hair. ...They didn’t just say sorry, they offered me the opportunity to go to a model to finish my hair…kind!). Speed Bumps Will Damage Your Car
October 2, 2021I’m an Uber driver and I delivered a customer to this complex. Their speed bumps are unreasonably large and will still cause damage to lower vehicles no matter how fast you are going. I was going under the posted speed limit and the speed bump damaged the undercarriage of my vehicle. When I requested their insurance information they refused, said it was my fault and that I’d need to go through my insurance and claim it as an at-fault accident. I’m not going to have my rates go up due to the ...incompetence of a apartment complex, will get it solved via legal means.Property Manager Responded

June 17, 2017I love that I am less than five miles from the airport, three major freeways, restaurants, convenience stores/gas stations and small businesses. We are across the street from the TRE and can travel to either Dallas or Fort Worth via train, bus, or shuttle. The community has events at the pool and the courtyard, where there are grills to cook from. There are a workout facility, a basketball court, and a tennis court to workout and exercise from. Nice location, great price
October 10, 2015Centre Oaks is a very nice place to stay. If you travel a lot it is very close to DFW airport, free shuttle across the street. There's not a lot of kids, but everyone has a pet. The property is clean and safe. You can access 3 major freeways within 3-5 minutes. The office and maintenance staff are nice and friendly.Review from Apartments.com

July 30, 2015Centre Oaks Apartments offers a convenient location for me because I work at DFW. The apartments are reasonable priced, well maintained and convenient to public transportation. You can ride a free buss to the airport from CentrePort TRE station or catch the TRE to Dallas or Fort Worth. TRE also allows you to connect to Dart in Dallas and continue to the outlying locations. The apartments offer a pool and basketball courts. The staff is friendly and responsive. A good value for the location.Review from Apartments.com
