  • Happy residents of Centre Pointe

    My husband and I moved in last month & we love living here everyone is so nice and welcoming. Michelle from the leasing office is such a pleasure to work with she is always so kind and helpful. We love all the amenities especially the doggy spa station because it makes washing our dogs so easy. And the fact that we are in the center of all the shops and restaurants makes living here such a pleasure.

  • Amazing!

    The apartments are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. The amenities, like the fitness center and poolare excellent, and the community spaces are perfect for relaxing. The management team (especially Michelle) is friendly, responsive, and always takes care of things quickly. Overall, I highly recommend centre pointe for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home!

    I researched a lot of apartments in Melbourne. I wanted to live in a clean, safe and convenient location with nice well-maintained amenities. Centre Pointe Apartments checked off every box for me! It's across from Avenue Viera and up the street from Target and Walmart. The leasing agent, Taylor, is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the property and local area. I have no complaints after almost a week of living here.     bugs/pest, trash, or general apartment stuff. Other properties may have the same amenities and conveniences, but Centre Pointe Apartments are just different in an amazing way!

The common area amenities are excellent, and the variety of floor plans and quality of units is great. We’re actually leasing two units, the first for our aging mother and college age son.     I waited (literally) for months to move into my new home here in Centre Pointe ( signed my lease in early November, 2024 and didn't move until February, 2025!) On move-in day - I was most pleasantly surprised to find a well stocked "Welcome Basket" waiting for me with supplies to help me navigate my first few days easily ( paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, snacks, coupons, laundry/dishwasher pods, sponge, etc.) and a beautiful card! The neighbors have been friendly and welcoming, the amenities plentiful, the activities frequent! The location is ideal, the atmosphere is incredible! Please, if I'm dreaming, don't wake me!!!
