Amazing!
August 18, 2025The apartments are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. The amenities, like the fitness center and poolare excellent, and the community spaces are perfect for relaxing. The management team (especially Michelle) is friendly, responsive, and always takes care of things quickly. Amazing Apartments!
August 2, 2025I researched a lot of apartments in Melbourne. I wanted to live in a clean, safe and convenient location with nice well-maintained amenities. Centre Pointe Apartments checked off every box for me! It's across from Avenue Viera and up the street from Target and Walmart. The leasing agent, Taylor, is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the property and local area. I have no complaints after almost a week of living here. The other residents are courteous and friendly. No issues with noise, ...bugs/pest, trash, or general apartment stuff. Other properties may have the same amenities and conveniences, but Centre Pointe Apartments are just different in an amazing way!Property Manager Responded

Great place
June 12, 2025Centre Pointe was the first property in Viera we visited, and the one we chose after touring all of the local options. The common area amenities are excellent, and the variety of floor plans and quality of units is great. We’re actually leasing two units, the first for our aging mother and college age son. "Living/Loving the Dream"
March 15, 2025I waited (literally) for months to move into my new home here in Centre Pointe ( signed my lease in early November, 2024 and didn't move until February, 2025!) There has not been one moment of regret. Everything from the very well manicured grounds to the cleanliness of every aspect of the environment speaks to the TLC that emanates inside and out. The staff and management has always greeted me with a pleasant smile, usually by name and almost always with a kind offer of assistance or question as ...to how I'm doing. I wish I knew everyone's name, I will in time, but DeJuan, Ernest, Cohen, Maria, Taylor and Michelle have been more than helpful on many, many occasions. On move-in day - I was most pleasantly surprised to find a well stocked "Welcome Basket" waiting for me with supplies to help me navigate my first few days easily ( paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, snacks, coupons, laundry/dishwasher pods, sponge, etc.) and a beautiful card! The neighbors have been friendly and welcoming, the amenities plentiful, the activities frequent! The location is ideal, the atmosphere is incredible! Great place to live!
September 30, 2024Great Community! Great Place to live! My Family and I looked at a couple of different places before we chose Centre Point and this one stood out! Michelle was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She made everything quick, easy, and pain free. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The amenities are great. They are always clean and serviced. The maintenance team will also do their best to ensure you are comfortable and maintain any issue in your ...unit. LOVE this apartment
September 28, 2024We have been here 3 months and have had zero issues! We absolutely love hanging out by the pool, going to the gym (which is by far the best in the area after touring all the other apartment complexes), joining the yoga classes every Monday, food truck Fridays, and taking our dog to the dog park where we have met a lot of really great people! Michelle bent over backwards to help us get into our apartment which we appreciate so much, and Taylor has been super helpful when my boyfriend accidentally ...locked me out twice (lol).
