January 4, 2026I’ve had a solid experience living at Century Cedar Hill. The community is well kept, and the location is convenient for work, shopping, and daily errands. I especially want to recognize Ms. Tina and Stephanie in the office. They’ve both been helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. It makes a big difference when management actually communicates and follows through. The Leasing Office Staff is A-1
May 16, 2025This review is a bit overdue, but that's only because I’ve been too busy enjoying my new home and community! I first reached out to the “Midtown Cedar Hill” team back in March 2025 and from the very beginning, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was in the middle of selling my home and didn’t have a confirmed move-in date—which could have been stressful—but the leasing team made everything seamless. My first contact was with Elijah, his knowledge and wit had me eager to complete ...the application process. The other team member, Lysi, LaSonia and Chad were patient, professional and genuinely understanding throughout the entire process. The entire team was very transparent about all things required for move-in and I could not ask for better communication. From the quiet, well-kept grounds to the welcoming community vibe, everything about Midtown Cedar Hill has exceeded my expectations. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do and it shows. Amazing views and a nice staff!

Great Property
February 3, 2023I have been staying at Midtown Cedar Hill for over a year. The office personnel is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance personnel is excellent as well with repairing and maintaining the property. Poor management
August 11, 2021The place is beautiful but the management is horrible. They are very unprofessional and do not like to help residents. Example, I had to ask 5 times for them to come fix my air. When guest come to them with an issue they make excuses rather than help and do not communicate about important things. They changed the site/apps we used to pay rent multiple times in a short time span. We would receive multiple emails a day about food trucks and contest but they don’t notify residents when the resident ...app is down. I moved out because of management. It’s also important to know that there are pool parties constantly in the summer. They are loud and go on all night until the cops are called. One morning I found a used condom in the pool. Trash, weave, cigar tobacco and Walmart carts are also left lying around the property. There is never anywhere to park either. And multiple people sell weed at the property. Do not EVER rent here. Worst living experience I’ve ever had.
June 29, 2019I live at the apartment with my fiance and this is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. We get our packages stolen all the time because it’s in a high crime area. The floors are not padded, so our neighbor bangs on our floor all the time because we are just walking around and apparently it’s “so loud”. The walls are so thin you can hear ever conversation that your neighbors have, and the people that live here are very rude. Do NOT rent from this apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com

November 13, 2017I went in to look at the apartments and was treated like I was an inconvenience and was rushed so that the leasing agent could pay more attention to the guy that was sitting on her desk she was very rude unprofessional and very flirtatious was not interested in my wants and needs would never rent from this place if this is the type of office Personnel they haveProperty Manager Responded

Midtown Apartments! Nicest Apartments Ever!
August 13, 2015Midtown Cedar Hill apartments had me extremely amazed when I first walked in. There is a pool table, a gym,and a beatiful pool area! These apartments are clean,and have everything inside of them that you would need. You don't have to worry about going to a laundry place to wash your clothes. Very Nice
August 12, 2015This apartment is very pretty. The grounds and apartments are very clean and modern. The only thing I would add is a nice walking trail near by. I walk my dog daily and we have to walk by shopping centers. There is a side walk but it is not the same as a walking trail. Still there are some nice trails if you want to drive to the state park near by.Review from Apartments.com
