Constant additional fees and increases. All residents are now required to pay $70 a month for new “Technology Rent” because the apartment has a contract with a ISP called Gigstreem, with no way to opt out. If you work from home at all this is 100% a reason to avoid this building, since you will essentially be paying for internet twice if you don’t want to use this company (they are constantly sending emails about internet outages).
