November 7, 2024I have been living here for almost 2 years, which is the longest I have stayed at any rental property. Since the new management has taken over, I have seen an increase in resident events and upgrades such as a key fob for 24-7 gym access. The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful. This is the one place where I don’t dread making a maintenance request because they handle it quickly.Property Manager Responded

Great location!!

Feels Like Home!
August 10, 2017Chapel View, nestled in the woods near the Carolina North Forest offers a very "homey" feel. I appreciate the peaceful aesthetics and noises from nature, which allows me to relax after stressful days of work. There are definitely some things that can be improved, but overall I would recommend.Review from Apartments.com
Chapel View Apartments
October 3, 2015This is the most quiet neighborhood that I ever resided in. This complex is very neat, clean and very friendly. Free bus rides to the downtown area. It's about 10 minutes away from the complex. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has 2 pools but one is located in the complex next to it called Chapel Ridge (they are related complexes and they share all things except for apartments). Every apartment comes with its' own balcony, and storage room. Everything is included except for water. So, you ...get cable, water, central air. It's like living a wealthy life but in a complex. The staff are amazing. They have many events for the residents and they give away numerous of prizes. Every month they do something new for us and it's amazing. I never lived in a complex where the staff appreciated the residents. Oh and if you have a pet, that's amazing because they have plenty of events for you pets, and guess what they win prizes as well. I don't recommend!
August 14, 2015I would not recommend this apartment to any of my friends… Every time I've had to deal with anything here, it has been very difficult and frustrating. I will start with the pool. It wasn't working during the hottest part of the summer. When I tried to talk to staff about it, it was very difficult. They wouldn't get back to me, after going in there, leaving messages, and emails. On top of that... Moving in everything was dirty. I don't think they cleaned or even came in after the person ...before me moved out. Whenever the maintenance men came, they tracked in, made a mess, got paint on my stuff, and didn't clean up after themselves, or even sweep. And the worst experience of all… I just got out of the shower, When the maintenance guys knocked on my door. I was in my robe and went to the door, because I didn't want them to just come in. I asked him to come back later three times. And they said they had to do it now and I had to let them in then. Every time I have gone to the office, I left frustrated and unimpressed.
