DO NOT MOVE HERE!
October 26, 2022PROS; 1. The pool (when they clean it) 2. The gym (mediocre but still nice to have one) 3. The Clubhouse (Of course very neat, because the office needs to be kept clean) 4. Rent (Though a little pricey, the apartments are spacious) 5. They power wash the halls/staircases once in a while. CONS; 1. ROACHES! They robbed us of our sanity. They lived in the outlets & fire alarms (they fire alarms would go off all hours of the day and night. We had to seal holes, do roach bombs and they still ...returned. They even took over our CAR! Which I continuously have to bomb. 2. Lying and rude maintenance crew members. 3. No regular schedule to give us filters for the AC units so they would get dirty, making our apartment smell moldy. 4. Rusty and broken appliances. 5. The gates don't work so the gate cards are pointless. 6. They overcharge for things when you move out. 7. They playground is not safe for kids. Needs an upgrade asap. 8. Office staff always look like they HATE working there. 9. People smoking and drinking, leaving their garbage on the stairs. 10. You won't be able to take any of your belongings when you move because they'll be infested with roaches!Property Manager Responded
