Chase manor is a great community I have no complaints so far. The community is quite it is pet friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond looking forward to seeing what’s up next.

Well maintained property. People are very friendly and neighborhood is a lovely place to walk your dog. Nice having Amazon Fresh and CVS so close and the other stores also. Einstein Bagels and Starbucks right across Connecticut is an added bonusVery convenient

The townhomes have impressed me with their beautiful design and the community has a great vibe for families. Despite that, adding in more amenities such as a playground or a community center could elevate the living experience of residents.
