This is the poorest example of management I have ever seen. Chase was once a great place to live, as I have rented here twice. Then, the drive-by shootings began, loud parking lot at night, constant smell of drugs (inside and out), ignored complaints and service orders. The amenities they advertise are non-existent. No volley ball net, putt-putt area is unusable, pools are not serviced properly and usually closed. They refuse to return security deposit without any explanation. I would do my ...

The management is none existing here. They sat behind closed, like caked doors and your calls or complaints are not followed up on. Issues never get solved unless you catch the maintenance guy to get things done. Dogs run wild. A letter was sent to everyone but the apartment in from of the office does not follow the pet rules. Especially when management is not here. Noise is unbearable at times and forget quite time hours. For the money you pay here you can add more and get you a much better ...

This place is way overpriced for the crappy apartments they have. It has gone downhill so bad in the last 5 years..
They care absolutely NOTHING about their tenants, but will work overtime to make sure everything is perfect for future tenants. If something is broken, it will never her fixed. NO storage anywhere whatsoever!

This place deserves zero stars. Worst apartment complex ever. The rent you pay is not worth it and maintenance hardly repairs anything. The garbage disposal needed replacing but this was never done. The bathroom ceiling leaked for months and the kitchen sink was damaged. Multiple maintenance requests were made about it but it was never repaired. Maintenance repaired the bathroom towel rack after months of requesting and stated they would return to patch the hole, but never did. Thankfully we no ...

The apartments aren’t bad depending on which building you are in. We had our ceiling leak 5 times, 3 major ones. My a/c broke last summer and STILL isn’t fixed. At the end of last summer we were given 2 window units to use. That was AFTER we had already sweated through most of the summer. Maintenance is slow and makes promises they don’t keep.

The apartment itself it's not too bad. The matienence is pretty good and will repair things as needed. The problem is with the others tenants. My dog and I have been assaulted by teenagers that roam around unsupervised. My neighbors across the street have dozens of people in and out a three bedroom apt. They lay in the stairwells and shout obsenities at other people walking down street. This place is not good if you want a quiet relaxing place.
