    I moved here from Minnesota and this was the first and only place I looked at - and I have without a doubt in my mind I found the best. Some units have amazing mountain views, Judy the property manager is an angel, the amenities are amazing, and I am excited to live here for many more years.

    My family and I have lived at Chateau Apartments for 8 years now and have loved every minute. Judy and and her staff are excellent and anything that needs attention gets addressed immediately. Our location is excellent. We get full access to events like The Balloon lift off and the 4th of July fireworks at memorial park. We love it here

  • Nice little gem

    Surprised to find this place. Checked all the boxes. Affordable rent, good size apartments, some utilities included, pet friendly with a dog park, pool, grills, in unit laundry, and plenty of parking. Heck, even the hot water is instantly hot! Originally leased for a year, and ended up extending 6 months due to some issues with buying our house. Not only was the extension hassle free, our rent only went up by $30 a month for the duration of it. The only *complaint* I could give after living here ...
    almost two years was the fact that some of the apartments getting AMAZING views of the mountains and various events (the balloon lift off being one of many) while the others just get GOOD views ;) All in all, if you're looking for a great deal on a good apartment, this is going to be right up your alley.

  • Wonderful experience! Military Friendly! Spacious Apartments.

    Moved here a year ago and unfortunately will be moving out in a few months due to military orders. If I was not moving due to military orders I would have definitely extended my lease. During my stay here Judy was always so helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. She genuinely cares and made my experience here delightful. I would highly recommend these apartments. Location is great, right across from prospect park.

    I love Judy, she is an amazing property manager! My packages are never lost, I happily live here with my two dogs. I recently extended my lease. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment to call their own!

    My family and I have lived here for 5 months now and we love it! The management is kind and extremely helpful, the apartments are well kept and the location is great as Prospect Lake is just across the street. We couldn't have hoped for a better place to call our first home in Colorado!

    Thus far, Judy the property manager has been a blessing. There hasn't been a time where I have reached out and she has not responded. She is extremely busy and somehow manages to get in touch when contacted. I have two emotional support dogs and she has been nothing but supportive and embracive .     Resently my husband and myself toured and viewed an apartment at the Chateau. We fell in love with the location. We were impressed with the large updated apartment and well kept grounds.A special Thank you to mangement for going the extra mile working with our schedule and meeting with us after hours. Due to change in orders our life’s have taken us in a different direction.I highly recommended this Apartment complex

    I have lived at Chateu apartments for over 3 years and it has been the best experience. Clean apartments(no bugs of any kind)and very spacious. Wonderful view of pikes peak and get all the perks when 4th of July and balloon glow come around we have front row seats. The landlord Judy is amazing! Anytime anything goes wrong she has maintenance on it ASAP. The apartments are trully amazing and in a good location. I recommend everyone come and check out chateau.

  • Great nearby park for my dog

    Living at the Chateau for the past two years has been more pleasant then any other apartment I have lived in within the Springs. The grounds are kept nice, the apartments have been recently updated (along with the pool), and management is responsive to requests I have had. My favorite part however is the park that is directly across the street. With a path that circles around the lake, it makes walking the dog easy and more enjoyable then walking around in a neighborhood. Great place to call ...
