Clean Apt - Dirty Building
February 21, 2025Walked around the building before seeing the apartment. The entry security was pretty good. Then floors and specially the stairs were really dirty. They don't maintain the building at all. The underground parking was pretty decent. The apartment itself was clean. All the utilities worked. One side of the building windows face the street (Canoga). The other side face some sort of park/trail next to LA river.Review from Apartments.com
