Terrible parking
October 15, 2020I enjoyed the unit, just the parking was terrible and only certain units had decent parking. They say it is covered, which is partially true. I stopped parking in my assigned spot due to visitors damaging my car on my passengers side (It becomes obvious overtime where the damage comes from when you check for damages before and after you leave). I paid around $250 just to fix the damages to my car (which I used for Uber occasionally). Before I fixed it I would receive complaints about the ...condition of my car. My spot was one of the worst parking spots because visitors who parked next to me were very negligent and the driver would just get out and hit my vehicle (like it was a doorstop) and I would never know who it was due to just anybody being able to occupy the spot. If you move here ask about the parking spot unless you don't care about getting dings or your paint being damaged.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
September 12, 2018We have been there for 4 yrs and it has dramatically went down hill. They cannot keep good staff members. They are very controlling as well. Staff is incredibly rude and not helpful with anything. 100 degrees for all of August and they made sure no one had air conditioners in the windows. HORRIBLE. Received a notice on our door that we were breach of contract because we had a cooler on our porch. (Other people have furniture on their porch) They constantly love to find something that you are ...doing wrong doesn't matter how small it is and threaten you with kicking you out. They are incredibly petty. We work full time and not home on the weekends and they still find things that we are supposedly doing wrong. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. We are frantically getting out as soon as possible. We are willing to pay anything not to be treated like we are children.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Noisy, but cheap.
August 27, 2015Lowest price in the area for the condition of apartments. No fancy updates in the kitchen or bathroom but very clean! Has decent pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym -only open during office hours which is a bummer! My only complaint would have to be the noise... bedroom window is fairly close to the parking lot so you can hear cars and kids playing outside.Review from Apartments.com
