If you have the money to put down on a good starter home, I would recommended it before renting here since its a sink hole of money. Also, after our first year they wanted to do a $80 increase. (8% increase). The one great thing about the place and why we chose to stay here is the location. If you commute from Harrisburg to Reading area it is a great location. The highway is about 3 minutes away and you do not have any noise coming from it. Also, there are a lot of great eateries around and about 5 minutes from the city. All in all, if you NEED a nice place to live for only a year, this place does nicely. I definitely would not recommend having more than two people live here since the utilities are split based on person and not actual usage.
