The best apts in Arl are CHATUM GREEN VILLIAGE. I grew up in Arl. Lived in many complexes here. Never have I lived where the whole crew is A-#1. The grounds are always clean. The pool is clean and open. And guess what? For once, we have friendly neighbors. Mgmt? Always have a smile and a hello when u go into office. They know who u are. Maintenance? Very friendly and quick to arrive and REALLY fix the problem. Both mgmt and maintenance have worked together for years. That's what makes them ...

a great team. So.....if your looking for a reasonably priced apt? In a good location. Come on down, talk to the gals in the office... They'll set ya up.

I moved into Chatham green in 2017 I love living here, because it's extremely quit no one bothers no one and it's close to the mall and restaurants there is a Costco across the street from us and the maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful so it the people in the office. I've had some issues with my unit but the property manager made sure it was taken care of and fixed.

These are some very nice apartments. They just need a better carpet cleaning crew and some units need replace carpet. I have lived here going on four years. We also need strict pool rules for the parents when their children are in the pool.
