Super old apartment and a Terrible Landlord.
May 12, 2020Well first of all the apartment itself was super old, it might fall down any time, everything inside was outdated, electronic appliances was from 1900’s, which results in a $ three digit power bill everymonth. And the landlord lady was super rude, like literally rude, she didn’t even pay a dollar of deposit back (just as I expected), gave lame reasons that there are stains on tub and sink etc. Rent is pretty expensive too, for the apartment, weird smell, no laundry for the first five months after ...I moved in. She accepts rent only in cash to evade taxes. I can give a million other reasons. I would never recommend to stay at Cherry arms.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
