Nasty place and people working for them and management
October 12, 2022They never reimbursed me my money and I never slept a day in the apartment due to a/c problems, a foul odor smell. And they did not accommodate me when they witness it themselves.Review from Apartments.com
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE
January 2, 2022I want to take the opportunity to express you my discontent due the HORRIBLE condition in which the apartment was at the moment of occupancy and the attention delivered by cherry Creek apartment complex team. Be aware that if you have a pet, you HAVE TO PAY TWO NON -REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ($ 750.00 ). When I paid the non-refundable security payment for $350.00; I wasn’t advice that I also had to paid a non-refundable security payment of $350.00 for my pet, until later on. THIS INFORMATION ISN'T ...IN THE BROUCHURE OR WEBSITE. In addition, a member of Cherry creek team told me I could move on 11/26/21. On that date (11/26/21), when I went to pick up the keys, I was told that the apartment wasn’t ready and the carpet had to be replaced. In effect, after 4 hour waiting the carpet was replaced that date. However, the apartment wasn’t ready for occupancy of the new lessee. I moved to this place a month ago ... I'm still waiting for the the managent office replace the missing and damage items on the property upon my arrival. The key of they mail box wasn't provide until later on. This was an inconvinient for sure, after several call and email to the office, finally was the mail carrier who told me my key was ready. So far they don't give me the access cards fitness place, pool and park. Last but not less important, looks like this place doesn't have a personnel to track or check the payments you do online. I paid my rent in the "resident portal", however they send me a nasty menssage saying I will be evicted if i didn't pay my rent. I had to call and show proof of my payment with my bank statements. There is people smoking marihuana in the parking losts and the common areas are nasty and dirty. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACERead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Customer service, maintenance, pest
April 4, 2019I have stayed at cherry creek for a couple of years. My residency has started before the flood and unfortunately until now. I have complained multiple times about multiple maintenance issues....leaking sink faucets, toilets etc etc. Cherry creek doesnt supply filters for ac they expect you to do it. Cherry creek will smile in your face about your issues and will neglect to fix them. Finally its pest infested no matter how much you clean and spray they never go away. Did I mention RATS? I ...definitely mentioned RATS to management a couple of times!! They call themselves treating it but when I saw how they treated it...I was doing the same thing if not more. The final icing on the cake; I had a family emergency being late with my rent one time(cherry creek wants it on the 3rd of the month unlike most apartments who give you until the 5th) and they refused to waiver the fee, despite me being loyal and putting up with their incompetence. Both management old and new are comical. I DO NOT HAVE THE INTESTINAL FORTITUDE OF A FLY THEREFORE I AM LEAVING UPON NEXT OPPORTUNITY! -ps if any is considering moving here dont! RUN! Unless your circumstances says otherwise. Oh yea crime is bad too.Property Manager Responded

management change
February 2, 2019Since they change the management . They charge too much with the credit card payment . I usually pay by the creditcard more convinient for me but when i went to the office the lady told me to pay online they give me a website . but when i tried to open the website it wont let me go directly . its a lot of things pop ups. Now Im trying figure out how to pay aside paying online where they wont charge me extra .That was terrible... I like the old management they wont charge me everytime I paid .. ...Maybe Im not used with new one .. But the service is fine .People are nice just I have a hard time of opening the website and I just move in here and my Bank is out of state so I cant withdraw money with out charging. Hopefully they will do something of paying debit card without charging...I want to pay on time I dont wanna be late on payment..Property Manager Responded
