Mold and roach infested nightmare.
October 25, 2024This place is a joke. It is filthy, residents do not follow the rules, and maintenance is non-existent. My kitchen flooded, and I took my child and left while they fixed the pipes. When I came home, they had repaired the leak, but done NO remediation for the water, leaving me with inches of standing water in my home for hours and forcing me to clean it up. When my upstairs neighbor's HVAC unit was leaking profusely from it's condensation reservoir, it took weeks and multiple visits to be ...repaired, meanwhile there was STILL nothing done about the water pouring into my walls and carpet. One of the MANY times the boiler broke and flooded the hallway, they AGAIN just left the water to sit. Mold. MOLD. MOLD!!! The roaches are rampant, too, and they will just paint them into the walls and lacquer them into the cabinets. The place is a health trap. You can literally fit your hand under the walls to feel the outside, too, and the foundation is crumbling. This place should be condemned.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 9, 2019These are fairly decent apartments but the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. One side of the building floods with heavy rain, the other side has a bug/ spider problem due to moisture and shadiness. The leasing staff mentioned is Omaha Housing Authority and thats enough said on them. Their reputation preceeds all my opinions. Upon movein there were a ton of maintainance issues and upon leaving there were a ton of maintenance issues.Review from Apartments.com
