This place is a joke. It is filthy, residents do not follow the rules, and maintenance is non-existent. My kitchen flooded, and I took my child and left while they fixed the pipes. When I came home, they had repaired the leak, but done NO remediation for the water, leaving me with inches of standing water in my home for hours and forcing me to clean it up. repaired, meanwhile there was STILL nothing done about the water pouring into my walls and carpet. One of the MANY times the boiler broke and flooded the hallway, they AGAIN just left the water to sit. Mold. MOLD. MOLD!!! The roaches are rampant, too, and they will just paint them into the walls and lacquer them into the cabinets. The place is a health trap. You can literally fit your hand under the walls to feel the outside, too, and the foundation is crumbling. This place should be condemned.
