BLACK MOLD
December 14, 2016These apartments contain BLACK MOLD. I continually asked the Landlord or Manager to have the apartment tested for black mold, but she never had anyone come in and test for the mold. The owners (Tycon Industries) and especially the so called Manager at the apartment does not care about the people that live there. I finally moved out and now they discovered mold under my tub. Their trying to blame it on me, so I'll have to pay the removal of the mold. DO NOT MOVE INTO CHESTNUT ARMS APARTMENTS. ...The place should be torn down and a parking lot should be built where it once stood. Again, there is BLACK MOLD in these apartments and you will be blamed for the mold when you move out. Tycon Industries and especially the Manager of the apartment just suck at their jobs and don't maintain their apartments and they don't care about you...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
