Good Building; Incompetent Management

I've had a half-dozen property resident managers in my life, renting apartments in almost-exclusively pre-war buildings in New York and San Francisco for more than 25 years. To say that the current (2021) manager at Chestnut Place is a complete disaster would be an understatement. Given the value of this property asset and the fact that it was purchased by the current owners less than five years ago, it's almost impossible to believe that they've entrusted someone to be their on-site ...
representative who is as staggeringly unqualified and incompetent as their current resident manager, who is only slightly less of a disaster than the building's property supervisor.
