Couldn’t even get a response for a VIEWING
August 31, 2022i made an appointment for an apartment viewing, was handled very rudely over the phone when i asked to make it for 12 pm and was told “well my break is at 12 so you’re gonna have to come at one” well when i went in at 1 the door was labeled to say she came back at two from her break at ONE, when my apartment viewing was scheduled. i left a voicemail and to no surprise, there was no call back and no explanation. very bad management, cannot even schedule a apartment viewing correctly and very VERY ...rudeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great experience
June 22, 2022I moved in March and since then I had a few minor problems left after I moved in how ever it did take a few weeks to get fixed but it's fixed so there is no complaint management is wonderful sweet and kind and maintenance do a great job . Terrible
July 14, 2016The convenience of the location does not out way the negatives. Loud neighbors using drugs (heavy odor throughout building), excessive moisture in lower unit requiring a dehumidifier to prevent damage to personal belongings, lights that constantly flicker, security doors that don't work properly, dirty laundry area, storage area “secured” with chicken wire, and it takes weeks and multiple complaints to get maintenance to look at an issue and they might not fix it.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2015poorly done renovations. Loud neighbors. Lower units experience some flooding. A/c unit broken. Close to target and wegmans which is a plus. Friendly staff.Property Manager Responded
