Decent value, but not great
April 13, 2020The apartment is well located and has a nice rooftop (though the outdoor area could be furnished better), but they have a cockroach problem... on the rooftop, but even had one appear to my horror in my apartment, though I am very clean. The view is beautiful from apartments facing Mass. Ave, but the road noise is very loud. The building does not have and will not install double-pane windows... which feels like a basic for a "luxury apartment". The staff is generally friendly, but several folks ...are more helpful than others. You're ultimately paying a lot for not too much.Property Manager Responded

Convenient and well-maintained
February 11, 2020We love Church Park and have been very happy with the doormen and staff in general. They really make it feel like home. I'm also very thankful for the people who make the sending and receiving of packages so easy for us. What I enjoy most about living at Church Park is the convenience. the grocery store, post office, drug store, and hardware store are all right there and in the dead of winter that is really important to us. Also, not having to fix things ourselves and being able to put in a work ...order online has been great.Property Manager Responded
