June 27, 2022rent went up for no reason and they charge by the gallon on water but doesn’t have a meter so they don’t know exactly how much you owe.you don’t have an exact rent amount. got an eviction notice even though i paid on time.. no one is ever in the office and wont answer the phone..Review from Apartments.com

April 12, 2019Current resident .. The community here is terrible, drug dealers walking around and tenants smoking cigarettes inside the buildings. There’s construction going on in my building as we speak and there wasn’t a notice whatsoever . It is 8:26AM and I can’t even get in touch with the office because the place is a mess. October 2, 2018I moved in about 4 months ago but almost got scared away by the reviews. Yes like all places, even buckhead, they have issues but its affordable and 20 minutes from my job. You actually get to see the manager out walking the property and putting out the problem folks and again....its affordable!Review from Apartments.com
Unprofessional... poor customer service
March 4, 2018Very poor customer service in the office.. the women in the office scheduled me to see a one bedroom at 1pm.. we show up.. after a 30 minute drive just to show up and be told the place cant be seen because it won't be cleaned until 4:30..BUT NO ONE CALLED ME TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT ...i ask howcome not one called to inform me and instead of just owning up to her wrong she says "you can come back tomorrow" ... I'm like how about NOT.. if they are rude and unprofessional now..i can only imagine ...how the property looks... thank god i dodged the bullet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
