I’ve been living in these apartments for a year now and never had any issue, it is a very comfortable and quiet neighborhood, I think that it is a good place to rent.

I couldn't find any other better place to live than these apartments. First of all you cant beat the price, they are very clean when moving in, It includes the fridge and electric stove. When putting in a maintenance request they are very polite and quick when coming in to fix the issue. Its awsome living here plus you have all stores very close to you, Cielo Vista, Bassett Place, Walmart, Target and many many restaurants to go to.

The staff is friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether changing light bulbs, fixing a lock, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I had an optimal living environment. My husband and I are new to this area, and we right away felt welcomed by the ladies in the office. I called once and left a message, and they called me right back. We did a walkthrough of our apartment and found one little mishap they sent someone over and took care of it immediately. My husband and I are very happy here and to have base so close was a win for us also.
