December 1, 2022Weidner does not care for its residents or this property. All they care about is profits. Homeless everywhere at all times of day. Stolen packages all the time. No cameras that work. Your car gets broken into the “gated garage” every week. Not a safe place to live and they don’t seem to care to change anything.Property Manager Responded

Glad we moved
June 8, 2020The fire alarms went off every morning. There were homeless in the building constantly despite there being locks and security. The 3rd levels door handle was broken off in the parking area making it easy for anyone to get in. The parking gate broke all the time and my car was broken into multiple times for my gate opener.Review from Apartments.com
New management
July 6, 2019The new manager added fees to my rent after I moved in. Use to not have to pay water now it’s added on rent. Won’t spray for bugs anymore so there’s roaches everywhere. Fire alarm goes off every other morning so you wake up at 2 and 4 am. Place has gone really down in the last year.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
November 9, 2017I have lived here a year and I suggest living somewhere else. I am just a quite college grad student living in a one bedroom. I am gone almost every other weekend and when I am here I am studying, super boring. I don't ask for much... But the mice and cockroaches are not worth the pay. Management is unbelievably slow at responding to anything and they are not in the office the hours they say they are going to be. If you are there shorter hours just say you are there shorter hours. I don't care, ...just annoying showing up and it's locked. My car got hit in the parking lot and the guy drove off, my car got broken int because the gate for the parking structure is alway broken. All this and they want to raise my rent... Not cool. I just want somewhere to study, cook, sleep, and is clean. To me, it just isn't worth the price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

pretty decent
July 22, 2015Well, besides being told that my roommate and I would be paying $850 for rent and then upon arrival of moving in, we were told last minute that instead we would have to pay 1,080. But the area is decent as well as the apartment its self. Maintenance is a little slow to get to you, but its a decent place for the young adults and elderly.
