Love living here. Citrus Meadows has been my home since 2004. The management has been wonderful. The maintenance men have always been very responsive and professional. My rent is affordable and includes monthly pest control, water, trash, cable and assigned parking space. I would highly recommend Citrus Meadows!

If you are looking for effortless relocation or a fast move, this is the place. I moved in the complex three years ago. I had just came from South Carolina. I needed somewhere to get in fast with my two children that would also be understanding to my credit history. The office staff is friendly and understanding. The move in cost were extremely low and got my key the same day. I am renting a 3br/2ba, and I must say this is bigger than some houses I've seen. Tons of closet space (I have two walk ...
in's in my room alone and a walk in in the other two rooms as well as several closets down the hallway). There are updated appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher). The maintenance staff, though sometimes very busy, are always willing to help. Water, standard cable and trash are included with the rent. (We especially love the free cable.) They are constantly making improvement on the grounds. Landscaping, mail area, and hopefully next a kids play area and outdoor lighting. (This complex has been here for quite some time so those are just a few things they had left to modernize). All in all no major complaints. The little ones can sometime be a bit noisy or run through the breezeways (but their children.) My advice, get to know your neighbors. It's how we all treat one another that makes apartment living what it is!

I am so happy with my apartment. I rented this apartment out of state and upon my arrival the entire staff was very professional and friendly. They took me to the apartment I rented and I was very impressed with my place. The apartment was very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. My company has relocated me a few times and this was the easiest and stress free move I have ever had. I would recommend this complex and the rent is very affordable.
