Bathtub was painted over with wall paint and started chipping and peeling the very first day. Drain is constantly clogging with paint chips. Called maintenance to fix leaking shower and was told they were ordering new parts. 8 months later, the shower still leaks and hasn't been repaired. Walls were clearly spray painted over, because spray paint splatters cover the floor. No dishwasher in the kitchen like described. Floor panels are peeling up and sliding around. Drawers and cabinets jam or ...
don't close. Cracks in ceilings and between doors and bugs easily get in during summer. I had an ant and cockroach problem when I first moved in.

area is excellent but the management is terrible the worst i will say , when u have a problem they take forever to fix it and the go inside your apartment without notifying you thats no respect for the tenants also theres always problems with the water and the ac the windows are not secure is just a safety hazard and they dont care i dont recommend this place at all but if u plan to move in be really careful cause they take your money and then turn around and said you need to pay for more is not ...

Impressive to Say the Least, I Walked in and was greeted by Their Friendly Leasing Staff. I was looking around for an area close to work and this Apartment complex situated around Brooks City Base Caught My eye. IIT It is Wonderfully color-themed that makes you wanna go home after a long day's work. My Demographics were taken care of as the tour around and about the place progressed, which saved me a ton of time. Based on that, the leasing manager came up with units that suit my lifestyle, ...
narrowed in down to 3 choices. In a matter of Minutes, we came up with a deal and closed in on it, no hassles. I never felt that I was getting talked into Signing on it as I was asked if it was what o was looking for! Everything was on paper, down to every detail. They even gave me no fees aside from the standard security deposit fee. All I can say is, if you want to be taken care of and Live in an very peaceful and beautiful community, City Base Vista Is the way to go!
