They paint the apartments and placed new floors on a really old building,I complained to the manager about trash being left in the vacant Townhouse next to me, so she went in & closed the blinds, I complained to CBRE, Management told them I was looking for a job cleaning the apartments,After CBRE told me this I became upset,So they made her clean the trash up.*************Raw sewage came up from my moms tub last weekend. CBRE said this is why we tell tenants to get Renters Insurance (she has it ...

office was picking up and hanging up on them).I was harassed until I moved out,but she did become really friendly the last 3 days of my lease, I moved out March 2018, ************Homeless people Dig through the trash, when I say dig I mean remove the trash sacks open then up and search through them carefully reading mail or one guy told me he was looking for cables they pay well. Management did nothing I had to contact CBRE about this as well.******CBRE could really careless unless you get a Someone outside of Oklahoma they seem to try. That's the only time CBRE ACTUALLY called me after I emailed someone in Houston,before then they could only email but hey I have lots of documentation of every complaint and response.*****

Very nice complex. Clean and spacious dog park, very clean laundry room with new machines. Friendly and knowledgeable management and maintenance staff. Spacious apartments.
