I love City Green
January 30, 2022I’ve lived here for 8 months now, and I genuinely love it here. The maintenance is SPEEDY quick, and the staff is also really helpful and quick to answer. The grounds are always in great condition. The lounge area and gym are also always in really good condition. The only thing is, parking. BUT they are really on it here. They actively tow cars that aren’t supposed to park in the gate, but they’re up front about it. They try to make sure residents can park here & visitors can park right ...outside the gate no problems. Sometimes you can hear the people walking above you but I think it depends what building you get. Besides that, it’s really really awesome here. Super close to downtown and the interstate to get wherever you need, and also really safe. 5/5 stars for City Green :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 21, 2021My wife and I moved to Chattanooga from out of state but upon move in to our appartment at a different complex, were severely disappointed in the unit we were given. We came to Citygreen the next day and within 24 hours we were approved and able to move in. Very thankful for the staff and their understanding of our situation and quickness to act. The complex is beautiful and constantly maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet.
