Newly Renovated
April 15, 2024Undoubtedly, things have improved for City View coming from a past resident. The apartment units are stunning! There’s number of shops and restaurants are close by. Stop by and take a tour of these beautiful affordable units. The ladies in the office are very friendly and polite.Review from Apartments.com
Decline in quality
May 31, 2023Great apartments from 2016-2021, then sold to multiple property companies between 2021 to 2023, each lower in quality than the last. When I moved out in 2023 there was no on-site manager or maintenance personnel, no one answering the office phone, no rent portal, no working lights in the parking lots, barely functioning laundry machines, and a pool black-green with scum and trash. It's been 6 weeks since the current owners took over and they still haven't fixed the parking lot lights, it's pitch ...black there at night.
