If you like earwigs, spiders and cleaning up after the previous tenant, this is the place for you! Princeton Management is terrible. Since I moved in I've been having a horrible experience. I waited two weeks for a call back from the management company. When someone (Tim) did call me back, he hung up on me after telling me they couldn’t transfer me out of my insect ridden apartment that they gave to me dirty. Look elsewhere.

The apartment is perfect for me. The area is close to my job. Clean nicely kept area near the Super market and bus stops. Price is right which includes everything but lights.

I really enjoy the apartment I'm living in. The tenants are nice, for the ones I met, parking is located in a parking lot, pets are allowed, the space is fairly roomy (for at least a one person/one bedroom), the location is more than spectacular, the nearby neighborhoods are only okay, and the landlord is good to deal with. If anything the only things that would make this much better are a couple bothersome neighbors in the houses on the street would be changed, the rent slightly lower, and have ...

the staircases be larger (to make it easier to get furniture up and down as well as manuever around other residents).
