It’s Ok
July 4, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comManagement is rude and doesn’t really communicate unless it’s to their benefit. Their is only one nice maintenance guy. The others have been super rude or straight up left my door unlocked. Cars get broken into. Streets loud. Certain renovated units are really nice. Pratt Park is awesome. Cheep as far as downtown goes. Laundry only in the hall ways no in unit W/D. Theirs a bunch of things they list having that they just straight up don’t.
