  • Don't return deposits

    February 17, 2022
    I applied for an apartment here and despite my application getting rejected within just a couple hours, the $200 hold deposit I was required to pay was never returned to me. Their terms stipulate that I had a full two days to get my deposit back, and I called and emailed their office several times. Do not get fleeced by their management!
