Very poor Management and Tenant Support

I have never written a review for any business before because I am generally flexible and not a picky person. However, I am writing this review because I hope it helps others make an informed decision before renting from this apartment complex. experience living here for four years, the management has been extremely unresponsive, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with. Each time there is a problem, they seem to say it is under “new management,” but the same issues continue. Whenever I contacted the management office about serious concerns, my concerns were dismissed or treated as my own problem. For example, I informed them that my car had been stolen, and I never received a written response. After several weeks, I called about safety concerns related to broken lights and dark areas that could make theft easier, and the response I received was essentially that it was my problem. I also reported that my sink disposal was not working multiple times, but nothing was done. This is just one example among several similar issues I experienced during my tenancy. Overall, while the neighborhood is nice, my experience with the management has been very negative. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here to think carefully and make sure they understand how management handles maintenance, safety concerns, and tenant communication before signing a lease.
