December 12, 2024The management team has been amazing and front desk people are very friendly. Overall, this feels like home and I never for a second regretted my choice. One minor setback is our maintenance team seems under-staffed and has not been able to get back to me quick enough.Review from Apartments.com

September 8, 2024Advantage: The studio is huge. 24 hours doorman. The courier managed it well. Good soundproofing, beautiful and exquisite decoration. Disadvantages: Difficulty in drying clothes in the tumble dryer. The damaged dishwasher won't get the dishes cleaned. July 31, 2024So far , everything has been good, although there is one thing I’d love to change with the monthly con service , Ill bring it up to management to see if there’s more option . June 14, 2024I moved to Cobalt Lofts earlier this year. It’s been 6 months already and I must say, I’ve had an overall good experience. Staff are well trained and well mannered, maintenance although they get very busy try to solve maintenance request promptly. June 12, 2024Ive been here for 6 months and love it here. love the apartment and The common areas like the co-working space, the gym and the courtyard are super modern and extremely well kept. On top of that, the concierge, maintenance staff and leasing agents are super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend living here. 10/10! Amazing commmunity. June 9, 2024Wishing certain amenities were open later, or open at all. The dog park was a big selling point for us, but has been closed since we moved in. The rooftop was closed for a long time as well, but is now open! The staff are amazing, especially since there was a shift in concierge staffing and possibly training.
