September 8, 2024Advantage: The studio is huge. 24 hours doorman. The courier managed it well. Good soundproofing, beautiful and exquisite decoration. Disadvantages: Difficulty in drying clothes in the tumble dryer. The damaged dishwasher won't get the dishes cleaned. I'm sure the flat will help me fix it as soon as possible.Property Manager Responded

June 14, 2024I moved to Cobalt Lofts earlier this year. It’s been 6 months already and I must say, I’ve had an overall good experience. Staff are well trained and well mannered, maintenance although they get very busy try to solve maintenance request promptly. Residents are well informed if on game day procedures making traveling out on game days a breeze. Thank you Astrid and Indiana. You’ve been very helpful!Property Manager Responded

June 12, 2024Ive been here for 6 months and love it here. love the apartment and The common areas like the co-working space, the gym and the courtyard are super modern and extremely well kept. On top of that, the concierge, maintenance staff and leasing agents are super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend living here. 10/10! Amazing commmunity. June 9, 2024Wishing certain amenities were open later, or open at all. The dog park was a big selling point for us, but has been closed since we moved in. The rooftop was closed for a long time as well, but is now open! The staff are amazing, especially since there was a shift in concierge staffing and possibly training. Everyone I’ve seen has been great. I really enjoy living here!Property Manager Responded
