Cobblecreek, Good bang for the buck

Cobblecreek is an older complex, but is well taken care of. Management is friendly, and the maintenance man fixes things quickly without any fuss. The complex is quiet and full of huge beautiful trees, and is close to shopping and parks. It is also dog friendly, for some extra fees. This is not a premium complex. Carpets and fixtures are cheap, appliances are low end, and the AC isn't very efficient. But it's a lot cheaper than the premium complexes in town, and it's nicer than most of the ...
