"I've been living in this apartment for a few months now, and overall, I'm really happy with my experience. The location is perfect - close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and responsive. My apartment itself is cozy and has plenty of natural light. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the walls can be a bit thin, and I often hear noise from my neighbors. But overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking ...

This is a great place to live, cozy and safe neighborhood, right outside of the city. There is a great public elementary school two minutes from here. The apartments are nice and the maintenance guys are really on top of most things!

Tenant friendly, nice and quiet, very communicative. I've enjoyed living here for about half a year now, and recommend it any military personnel as it is directly next to a 24-hour gate.

My experience has been wonderful. Anytime I have an issue maintenance has always responded quickly. The staff are awesome as well. They are always friendly and do their best to meet any needs or questions you may have.

This place is cool however I don’t like how if there’s a spot that doesn’t have a number on it and you don’t have a tag or something that says that you live here your car is going to get towed and it’s basically like you can’t have any friends over and that they have to park halfway down the street if they do wanna come over

some things weren’t fixed when we got here like the light switch and the door knob fell at one point. they did take a while to take care of it. I do like the hospitality of the workers though

We love our 3 bedroom apartment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team keeps up with work orders and are always willing to find solutions if someone can’t fix the problem right away.

The office staff is great and willing to help. Maintenance is usually very quick about responding to requests and finding solutions. Neighborhood is relatively quiet and the pool is a great perk.

Overall a nice community to live in and the amenities are quite new. Just disappointed with the hoops I’ve had to jump through about noise complaints for upstairs neighbors.
