Arrogant and Incompetent Building Management

If you move into the Cocoa Exchange, be prepared to be spoken down to by the building manager during any interaction. He would frequently ignore emails and requests for service--even one that related to a leak. I have received incredibly rude emails from him relating to scheduling mistakes he made. Further he returned my package to sender without notifying me, and for *weeks* refused to tell me what happened to my package, only saying that "he was trying to locate it, please understand that it ...
may take time." Meanwhile the building has cameras and an advanced package system that had notified me that my package was accepted by the doorman.
This said, the doormen and porters are very nice and accommodating. They seem to know of the building manager's issues and have apologized to me on his behalf several times.
