Do not live here. I’ve been having issues with roaches and bugs ever since I moved in. They knew they had an issue with bugs and decided not to disclose the information. I found a roach in my children’s toy box and immediately called management. They brought out and exterminator to fix the issue but the issues persist. The Maintenance guys just walk in your house without announcing themselves or even giving you a courtesy call. I’ve called the front office plenty of times regarding these issues. ...
They deny maintenance being in my home even though I have them on camera entering my home without permission. I even asked to cancel my lease due to unclean living quarters and they told me I was have to pay 3 months rent to do so which I don’t think it’s fair. One of the ladies in the office is a complete liar. I have to record every conversation that I have with her because if I don’t, she’ll act like she didn’t say anything at all. I’m over this apartment complex. Live here at your own risk.

I lived here with my wife and kids for one year. Our experience here was pretty good and it was worth the price we paid for a 3 bedroom apartment. Whenever we needed maintenance, they came in a timely manner and properly fixed whatever issue we had. The neighboorhood was well kept by vendors. Concerning bugs, the only bugs we saw were ants ... in which we easily got rid of with a product called terro. Once in a couple blue moons we would see a water bug but it wasn't a common occurrence by a ...
long shot. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Dealing with the front gate was a inconvience whenever guests had trouble with residents putting their code in to open the gate. Sometimes you would be waiting several minutes until the car finally got through or got out of the way. Other then that, overall i would recommend living here

I personally had a very good 18 months living in this complex. Yes, there are a few things that bugged me but overall I would live there again for sure. The ladies at the front are awesome. Just treat them with respect and they will do the same to you. The same goes with the maintenance folks. If i had an issue it was remedied within a couple days (i never had any serious issues). The rent is cheap for VB. Gate card access was nice except if the gate was broken - which happens often. It is not ...
the complexes fault that vehicles blow through the gate once a week and they have to call the company to come repair it. The neighbors around keep to themselves and the walls are not too thin. The laundry is inexpensive and they are currently fixing all the washing machines, so you will be set with that. Again, this is great community, especially for those who keep to themselves and want a very clean and nice inside 2-story townhome, this place is for you.
