May 3, 2022I have lived in the apartments for over 2 years and I believe that for a student of any age you CANNOT find a deal better than these apartments. The staff and porters are friendly and the apartments are clean!!! This is what you get: --Cable and internet INCLUDED --Two pools --Hot tub --New gym --Stone countertops and BR sink --Keyless lock to apt --Gated community --Right across the street from USF Seriously, nothing beats the price!!!Review from Apartments.com
Incompetent Maintenance and rude staff
November 23, 2017I moved in with the premise that it was a smaller complex and close to campus, but issues with the maintenance staff far outweigh the benefits of living here. My roommates and I have had trouble with the fridge since we moved in making countless work order requests to solve the problem but they continuously putz around and don't fix a thing. Person at the front desk actually told me that he had the same problem so it was okay. Since he was living there before me, I simply had to deal with it like ...everybody else. When the properly manager was contacted, he insisted that he would send out his best man but the same issues have continued. By the way, the fridge leaks, ruining food, and even onto the floor outside the fridge. Health and safety concerns don't seem to be of importance here so save your time and energy and go to a complex with competent maintenance staff and less arrogant desk workers.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 13, 2017Management SUCKS and they have termites every year and don't do anything about it when you tell them. Seriously, they have the same problem every year throughout the entire complex so you would think they would exterminate the colony instead of just LYING TO YOU about spraying for them outside and inside your apartment! They need to hire a professional to take care of this problem. And termites aren't the only bug issue, but they're the biggest one. Also, read those reviews below and they are so ...obviously written by someone who works there. What kind of resident talks about "saline water pools" and tells you about floorplans other than their own? They're just trying to upsell you and take your money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 22, 2016As a resident who has lived here for the past 2 years, I've had a wonderful experience here. The location is convenient since it's close to campus, plus they have a Bullrunner stop. Amazing place to live
August 5, 2016Lived here for a year, and just renewed my lease. Its been absolutely fantastic so far. The apartments are pretty spacious and homely (friends are always pleasantly surprised at how homely it is when they visit for the first time).The entire complex was renovated before I moved in, and overall is quite beautiful, well kept and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and responsive to tenant Issues, which always get resolved within hours. Security is top notch: visitors don't get in without being ...verified by the guards and the residents they're visiting. The new pool just got completed, and it's quite the attraction. Campus Palms
August 6, 2015Campus Palms is a pretty nice place! Furnished. Gated. Free parking and no towing(unless requested). It is student housing so you pay by room and get your own personal bathroom. Pets welcome ! Saline water pools. Great signing deals for signing lease early and the decor is amazing! I will say that the regular 3-3 apartment s are rather small. If you want something more spacious go for the larger 3-3s or the town homes! Last but not least the staff is WONDERFUL! Very helpful and flexible depending ...on the situation. Maintenance is just as awesome! They just opened last year (when I moved in August 2014) and they are still renovating the back of the area so there is always something going on. They make it super convenient and are never in the way of our daily schedules. I love it here and actually resigned my lease for another year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
