I have lived in the apartments for over 2 years and I believe that for a student of any age you CANNOT find a deal better than these apartments. The staff and porters are friendly and the apartments are clean!!! This is what you get: --Cable and internet INCLUDED --Two pools --Hot tub --New gym --Stone countertops and BR sink --Keyless lock to apt --Gated community --Right across the street from USF Seriously, nothing beats the price!!!

Incompetent Maintenance and rude staff

I moved in with the premise that it was a smaller complex and close to campus, but issues with the maintenance staff far outweigh the benefits of living here. My roommates and I have had trouble with the fridge since we moved in making countless work order requests to solve the problem but they continuously putz around and don't fix a thing. Person at the front desk actually told me that he had the same problem so it was okay. Since he was living there before me, I simply had to deal with it like ...

everybody else. When the properly manager was contacted, he insisted that he would send out his best man but the same issues have continued. By the way, the fridge leaks, ruining food, and even onto the floor outside the fridge. Health and safety concerns don't seem to be of importance here so save your time and energy and go to a complex with competent maintenance staff and less arrogant desk workers.

Management SUCKS and they have termites every year and don't do anything about it when you tell them. Seriously, they have the same problem every year throughout the entire complex so you would think they would exterminate the colony instead of just LYING TO YOU about spraying for them outside and inside your apartment! As a resident who has lived here for the past 2 years, I've had a wonderful experience here. The location is convenient since it's close to campus, plus they have a Bullrunner stop. The staff and maintenance team are always welcoming and friendly whenever I stop by the office. Would recommend to anyone looking for student housing.

Lived here for a year, and just renewed my lease. Its been absolutely fantastic so far. The apartments are pretty spacious and homely (friends are always pleasantly surprised at how homely it is when they visit for the first time).The entire complex was renovated before I moved in, and overall is quite beautiful, well kept and peaceful. Campus Palms is a pretty nice place! Furnished. Gated. Free parking and no towing(unless requested). It is student housing so you pay by room and get your own personal bathroom. Pets welcome ! Saline water pools. Great signing deals for signing lease early and the decor is amazing! I will say that the regular 3-3 apartment s are rather small. on the situation. Maintenance is just as awesome! They just opened last year (when I moved in August 2014) and they are still renovating the back of the area so there is always something going on. They make it super convenient and are never in the way of our daily schedules. I love it here and actually resigned my lease for another year.
