Great starter apartment!
November 18, 2020Awesome place to live, love the events they hold a great way to bring the community together and build strong bonds with those living in you’re area. My only complaint is they show updated one bedroom apartments my boyfriend got this apartment a year ago and they still charge him regular rent yet we don’t have the same updated look mostly in the kitchen area.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
August 4, 2017My only complaints are small ones; main complaint would be the pricing. Other places have bigger apartments for about the same price as these. That's the trade off though because these apartments are SO much better at other things than other apartments. Walls are paper thin, but that seems to be normal with apartments. Appliances seem old, but still do a good job of what you need done! Maintenance is very on top of service orders, so you will get your problem solved within the same day or the ...next day (depending on what time you place your service order). The manager at this site is extremely helpful and friendly. The site constantly has people cutting the grass or doing some type of work to make the apartments look great. The apartments are very close to all types of choices for food and of course right next to San Jacinto College. Communication is actually very good between you and the office (you choose email or text). I do feel safe here, so I feel extremely comfortable going to to the mailbox at night. If you can afford it, and the location is convenient for you, you won't have any regrets living here.Property Manager Responded

Close to College
October 5, 2015Right across the street from San Jacinto College Central, a few minutes from grocery shopping and less than 10 minutes from major retailers like Best Buy, Barns and Noble, Toys R Us and clothing. Of the near college apartments I have to say these are the best. I have had friends in the other complexes and they agree my apartment looks better and the grounds are better kept. The pricing is reasonable, and the service men are very nice and take care of the tenant. Most complaints I've ever had ...are minor and taken care of promptly.Property Manager Responded

A great place to live
August 2, 2015My family has lived here since 2011. We really enjoy the activities that are held here and love that the pool is always clean and available for use. The manager and the maintenance staff are top notch. They have a 48 hour repair guarantee and they stand by it. They have structured activities and also have movies once a week in the clubroom. The proximity to San Jacinto College is great as we are able to go exercise at their running track. We are close to Walmart and several different grocery ...stores. i would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet, well kept place to live.Property Manager Responded
