This place is roach infested. They tell you upon signing your lease that pest control is included but I have yet to see the property serviced. have been told that it’s closed permanently. Also the elevator works when it wants to advise you not to use it to go up and down personally but use for grocery transport multiple people have been stuck in this elevator on several occasions. The property seems to have one maintenance man who is trying to handle both buildings so your wait for repairs is usually a week to two weeks out. There’s no assigned parking and you’re supposed to have a parking pass in order to park but there are broken down cars cars without parking passes cars that never move parked in the parking lot so we residence I have to find parking and hope that we do not get towed. In closing, do you research before signing the lease
